about STRIVD

Real change isn’t motivation. It’s structure you can follow through on.

What is STRIVD?

STRIVD is a challenge-based system designed to help people take action, build momentum, and create visible proof of progress.

Not extremes. Not hype. Just structure that helps you show up — and become more capable through doing.

How STRIVD workS

Choose your challenge

Start small with STRIVD-7 or step into a premium program when you’re ready.

Commit to the standard

Every challenge sets a clear daily action — not perfection.

Track what matters

You track completion, not “feelings”. Consistency builds clarity.

Build evidence

Progress becomes visible. Momentum becomes real.

Choose your next step

Repeat, level up, or balance across pillars.

The Strivd pillars

physical

Building a capable body through consistent effort. Not extremes. Not punishment.
Just showing up, moving, and proving to yourself that strength and health are earned daily.

Examples:
Walking, training, mobility, recovery or fitness routines.

mental

Training focus, discipline, and clarity. Learning to sit with discomfort. Reducing noise. Acting without overthinking. This pillar builds the ability to choose effort even when motivation fades.

Examples:
Reading, journaling, learning new skills or digital detox.

social

Strengthening relationships through presence and intention. Showing up for family, friends, and community in ways that actually count. More talk. More connection.

Examples:
Quality time, conversations, shared activities, reaching out or support network.

financial

Developing awareness, control, and responsibility around money. Replacing avoidance with clarity. Small, consistent actions that reduce stress and build confidence.

Examples:
Tracking spending, budgeting, learning financials or career.

spiritual

Creating a space for meaning, stillness, and alignment. Grounding yourself. Reconnecting with what matters. This is not a belief systems its direction.

Examples:
Deep reflection, time in nature, values, intention setting or connecting to faith.

Who’s behind STRIVD?

STRIVD was built from lived experience — not theory.

Challenges helped me get in shape, learn new skills, build discipline, and raise money for charities by committing to something bigger than comfort.

What changed wasn’t motivation — it was proof.

STRIVD exists to help people become Challenge Creators: people who take action, follow through, and build confidence through doing.

— Jackson, Founder of STRIVD
